I still think they should do a Warhammer 40k movie. I know it didn’t originate
as a comic but they have such cool races and a huge universe to draw from. -

How to Break Into Comics – Longish – 2 new

Caw, I attended a lecture this weekend by Andy Schmidt, a recently departed
Marvel editor.? Among other achievements during his time there, he made the
suggestion that Iron Man be the main pro-registration voice in Civil War and
not Wonder Man, Mark Millar’s original choice.? Can you believe how un-epic
that would have been, Wonder-Man as the Big Gun?? It would be like the main
bad-guy of a giant cross-over being Hawk from Hawk and Dove or something. -

A guy that I went to college with got his Master’s at Southern Methodist
University in Texas. He currently works for Activision. His Master’s degree is,
essentially, in video game programming and design. If UCF has an
undergraduate program with a focus in video game design, I’d suggest taking a

Anyone else have an apple TV, or other streaming to your TV device? I’m
enjoying mine, but it’s not hooked up to the main TV because it doesn’t have
the right connections. But it’s pretty cool to watch music videos, podcasts,

Converting DVDs – 4 new

Just thought I would post to get thoughts. I’m copying all my DVDs to my hard
drive using AnyDVD. Really, you don’t need a program to do it, but it makes
all the folders for me and takes care of copy protection, and it’s fast. For
conversion, I started out trying Divx Converter, but just about every – Mon,
